The invention discloses a manufacturing process of Chenille
flame-retardant cloth produced by a jet in the technical field of cloth production. The manufacturing process needs to prepare the followingraw materials of 21-N
yarn, a 150-D DTY material, 300-D black silks, 150-D
wool, an
air jet loom, a clearing device, a
desizing device and a
dyeing device. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of a, manufacturing of Chenille
yarn, wherein twisting is carried out on the 21-N
yarn, 150-D yarn is inserted into a gap of the yarn in the twisting process, the yarn is
cut off throughthe clearing device, and the length of the yarn is controlled; b, manufacturing of the Chenille
flame-retardant cloth, wherein the yarn and the 300-D black silks are introduced into two
tail leading devices of the jet respectively; d,
dyeing, wherein the Chenille cloth after
wool adding is completed is fed into the
dyeing device for coloring. The manufacturing process of the Chenille
flame-retardant cloth produced by the jet has the advantages that a common
air jet loom in the market can be utilized to manufacture the Chenille
textile cloth, and the product is strong in shading performance andcomfortable in hand feeling, and fills the gap of the market.
