The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the lactylated chitosan nano-plasmids; constructing a TGF-beta 2 receptor nucleic acid aptamer coated with the lactylated chitosan nano-plasmids; and carrying out surface modification on an artificial lens by using the TGF-beta2 receptor nucleic acid aptamer coated with the lactylated chitosan nano-plasmid.
