The device comprises a bed board, bed legs, universal wheels, a water bag base cushion, an inflation air cushion, a track, an air bleed piston port, an inflation device, an inflation device switch, a telescopic rod, a fixed part, a lamp panel, an infrared lamp and an infrared lamp switch. The number of the bed legs is four. The beg legs are arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the bed board respectively. The number of the universal wheels is four. The universal wheels are arranged at the bottom end of each beg leg respectively. The water bag base cushion is laid on the upper surface of the bed board. The inflation air cushion is laid on the upper surface of the water bag base cushion. The air bleed piston port is formed in the side edge of the inflation air cushion. The inflation device is arranged under the bed board. The inflation air cushion is connected with the inflation device through an air pipe. The track is fixed to the side edge of the bed board. The device is easy to operate and use. Through conversion between the water bag base cushion and the inflation air cushion, cold compress therapy can be conducted on the side, making contact with a bed body, of a burning patient. The position of the lamp panel can be adjusted conveniently so as to conduct recovery treatment by different intensities on different portions.
