chip; a pneumatic
solenoid valve group is composed of a plurality of pneumatic solenoid valves with a same structure; the end, where an air inlet is located, of each pneumatic
solenoid valve is connected with a chip exhausting opening via a flexible exhausting
pipe ; and the other end of the
airway of each pneumatic
solenoid valve is connected with a minisized
air pump via an air outlet of the pneumatic solenoid valve. The preventive detection apparatus employs a rotary micro-fluidic chip capturing structure, has the functions of
automatic filtering, negative-pressure suction, enrichment detection, electric air exhausting, etc. and can carry out both on-site high-flux detection of the fungal diseases of a
crop in a field and portable, rapid and high-efficiency capturing of fungi on different crops, thereby realizing
early detection and early warning of diseases.
