The invention relates to a diabetic foot ulcer risk assessment method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining medical image data, clinical data and biomechanical data, inputting a trained risk assessment model, and outputting a foot ulcer risk result; the risk assessment model comprises an input layer used for inputting medical image data, clinical data and biomechanical data; the feature extraction layer is used for extracting medical image features, clinical data features and biomechanical features according to the medical image data, the clinical data and the biomechanical data; the feature fusion layer is used for obtaining fusion features according to the medical image features and the clinical data features; according to the fusion features and the biomechanical features, multi-modal features are obtained; and the output layer is used for outputting a foot ulcer risk result according to the multi-modal characteristics. And a diabetic foot ulcer risk assessment scheme based on effective multi-modal feature fusion is provided.
