medicine storage cylinder; it also includes a monitoring component located at the bottom of the
medicine storage cylinder, comprising an
impeller, a shaft, gears, and a motor, which drives the shaft and the
impeller fixed thereon to rotate at a
constant speed via the gears; by monitoring the resistance encountered by the
impeller during rotation, the
viscosity information of the
medicine is obtained, and the form of the medicine is preliminarily determined based on the
viscosity information; when the resistance is greater than a preset threshold, the medicine is determined to be a high-
viscosity paste; by integrating impeller torque sensing and micro-photoelectric
wire drawing detection, high-precision intelligent identification of four typical TCM preparations—paste, oil, tincture, and gel—is achieved in TCM external
nursing equipment. Based on the identification results, the device automatically matches the optimal dispensing orifice
diameter, and simultaneously, the
system adjusts the dispensing temperature and pushing speed in linkage.
