signal frequency, and the frequency of a first intermediate signal obtained after an
intermediate frequency signal generated by the fixed intermediate frequency oscillator and the stable transmitting signal acquired by the transmitting phase-locked loop local oscillator are mixed by the first mixer is consistent with the reference
signal frequency, so that the transmitting and receiving
synchronism is ensured, meanwhile, the problem of
