The invention relates to an automatic tire
transfer system, and relates to the technical field of tire batch transferring. The automatic tire
transfer system comprises a goods feeding track, a longitudinal track, cross tracks, a
portal frame, a cross beam, a longitudinal drive piece, a first
slide plate, a cross drive piece, a mechanical clamp arm, a vertical drive piece and a transfer
assembly, wherein the goods feeding track, the longitudinal track and the cross tracks are provided with carrier rollers which are driven by
electric power to rotate; the transfer
assembly is arranged on the longitudinal track and the transfer
assembly is used for transferring tires on the longitudinal track to the cross tracks; a placing area is arranged beside the goods feeding track; the
portal frame is arranged above the goods feeding track and the placing area in a spanning manner; the cross beam is longitudinally and slidably assembled on the top of the
portal frame; the longitudinal drive piece drives the cross beam to longitudinally slide in a reciprocating manner; the first
slide plate is transversely and slidably assembled on the cross beam; the cross drive piece drives the first
slide plate to transversely slide in a reciprocating manner; the mechanical clamp arm is vertically and slidably arranged on the first slide plate; and the vertical drive piece drives the mechanical clamp arm to slide vertically in a reciprocating manner. The automatic tire
transfer system has the advantages that the structure is stable and firm, and the efficiency of transferring the tires is high.
