The dressing consists of a contact layer composed of a porous super-hydrophobic modified polyurethane film and a porous antibacterial super-hydrophilic composite film, water absorption foam serving as a middle layer, and a breathable adhesive tape serving as an outer layer. The preparation methodcomprises the following steps: superposing and combining a polyurethane film subjected to graft modification to realize super-hydrophobicity and an antibacterial super-hydrophilic film taking polyvinyl alcohol as a base material so as to form the contact layer, and performing punching, wherein the pore diameter is 50-300 microns; and bonding the contact layer with the medical water absorption foam, and bonding and covering a breathable film on an obtained product. According to the exudate self-adjusting composite dressing, through the design of the super-hydrophobic film / antibacterial super-hydrophilic contact layer and the coordination effect of the four layers, the exudate self-adjusting function is achieved, wound exudate can be absorbed, the surface of a wound is kept moist, wound healing is promoted, impregnation can be prevented, bacteria are resisted, infection is prevented, and surrounding skin is protected.

The invention discloses a low-smell low-VOC modified thermoplastic elastomer material. The low-smell low-VOC modified thermoplastic elastomer material is composed of 5 to 35 parts of polyethylene resin, 10 to 40 parts of SEBS, 10 to 50 parts of food-grade paraffin oil, 0.1 to 1.0 part of an anti-oxidant, 5 to 35 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a lubricant, 0.01 to 1.0 part of an acid absorption agent, and 0.1 to 1.0 part of an anti-aging agent. According to a preparation method, low smell and low VOC content raw materials are adopted, small amounts of auxiliary agents such as the anti-oxidant, the lubricant, the acid absorption agent, and the anti-aging agent are adopted for chemical reaction with small molecules generated in preparation process, so that material smell and VOC content are reduced thoroughly. In material preparation process, different temperature zones are adopted to ensure full plasticizing of rubber materials in a screw, so that generation of small molecular substances in material preparation process is reduced greatly, and in addition, modified calcium carbonate is adopted, the internal mutually nested channels are adopted in absorption of small molecular substances and prevention of escape of the small molecular substances. After using as long as one year, the smell grade of the low-smell low-VOC modified thermoplastic elastomer material is equal to or lower than 3 grade, and VOC content reaches index required in GB/T27630-2011.

The preparation method comprises: carrying out size screening, microwave expansion, stem washing, pressure stem wetting, ultrafine stem pressing, stem cutting, cut stem feeding and cut stem storage on tobacco stem material to obtain a cut stem crude product; taking the cut stem crude product and carrying out cut stem drying; winnowing, adding aroma into the cut stems and storing the cut stems to obtain the cut stems for the cigarettes. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, a previous stem size is pre-treated; meanwhile, expanded stems with a specific specification are obtained through utilizing a microwave technology; then the cut stem crude product is obtained through adopting an ultrafine stem pressing and primary shredding technology; finally, the filiform cut stems are obtained through utilizing a pipe plate drying technology. An experiment result shows that compared with the cut stems prepared by a traditional method, the cut stems for the cigarettes, prepared by the method, have the advantages that the sensory quality is greatly improved, the color and luster are improved, the aroma quantity is more sufficient, odor and irritation are alleviated, the aftertaste is more comfortable, and the ratio of doping the cut stems into cut tobaccos is improved.
