The invention provides a method and
system for pretreating high-salt preserved szechuan pickle
wastewater. The
system comprises a grid, an adjusting tank, a circular reaction tank, an intermediate tank and a
sedimentation tank. According to the method and
system, halophilic compound
bacteria on a suspended filler in the circular reaction tank are reinforced, so that two microorganisms, namely a compound
microbial agent growing on the surface of the filler in an attached manner and
activated sludge growing in a suspended manner, can coexist in a system, and most of organic matters and
ammonia nitrogen in the preserved szechuan pickle
wastewater are removed; suspended matters in the purified
wastewater are further removed through the
sedimentation tank, so that the load of a subsequent
electrodialysis treatment process can be reduced, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the operation cost is reduced. The method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high
microorganism concentration, strong
impact load resistance, high organic load treatment capacity, strong biological
nitrogen and
phosphorus removal capacity, good pretreatment effect, low
engineering investment and operation cost and the like.
