Antibacterial and antistatic ultraviolet-curable coating and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an antibacterial and antistatic ultraviolet-curable coating and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the following raw material in parts by weight: 87-107 parts of substrate resin and 56-68 parts of an active diluting monomer, mixing and ultrasonically dispersing; (2) adding 6-10 parts of a photoinitiator, 14-24 parts of an antistatic agent, 23-35 parts of a fire retardant and 17-23 parts of an antibacterial agent, stirring and heating to 110 DEG C, and reacting for 2-4 hours; and (3) cooling to 75 DEG C, adding 15-18 parts of a flatting agent, 16-20 parts of an antifoaming agent, 10-16 parts of a thickening agent and 6-12 parts of a light stabilizer, and reacting for 1-3 hours, so as to obtain the antibacterial and antistatic ultraviolet-curable coating. The coating disclosed by the invention is short in cuing time, high in hardness, and relatively high in surface resistance, shows a good antistatic function, and also has excellent antibacterial property and flame retardant property; a barrier protection effect can be effectively provided for the coated combustible material; and the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, mild in condition and easy to control.

The first pressure sensor detects the pressure of thedetected hydrogen storage tank, and outputs the pressure signal to the PLC controller, the PLC controller controls opening and closing of the gas driving and pressure enhancing pump through the fifthelectromagnetic valve, and controls the first gas control valve, the second gas control valve, the third gas control valve and the fourth gas control valve through the corresponding first electromagnetic valve, the corresponding second electromagnetic valve, the corresponding third electromagnetic valve and the corresponding fourth electromagnetic valve to open or close the gas path. According tothe present invention, the sufficient and real hydrogen storage and rapid hydrogen charging and discharging tests are provided for the high-pressure hydrogen storage tank provided by the present invention to obtain the leakage prevention ability of the high-pressure hydrogen storage tank during bearing repeatedly hydrogen charging and discharging, the equipment provided by the present invention has advantages of rapid speed of the hydrogen charging and discharging, high performance and reliability.
