waste gas residual heat reclaiming
system with a metering device. The
system comprises a box body and a
heat pipe, a partition plate for partitioning the cavity of the box body into a
waste gas sub cavity and a
fresh air sub cavity is sleeved on the
heat pipe, the
waste gas sub cavity is provided with a high-temperature waste gas inlet and a low-temperature waste gas outlet, and the
fresh air sub cavity is provided with a low-temperature
fresh air inlet and a high-temperature fresh air outlet; the
evaporation section of the
heat pipe is positioned in the waste gas sub cavity, and the condensation section of the heat
pipe is positioned in the fresh air sub cavity; an
inlet temperature sensor and a Pitot tube are arranged at the low-temperature fresh air inlet, and an outlet temperature sensor for acquiring the temperature of fresh air subjected to heat exchange is arranged at the high-temperature fresh air outlet; and both the fresh
air temperature sensed by the inlet and outlet temperature sensors and the fresh air flow rate acquired by the Pitot tube are input to a processor, and the processor is connected with a
display device. The
system has the advantages of reclaiming the residual heat in the waste gas, converting the high-temperature waste gas into normal-temperature or low-temperature waste gas and then discharging the waste gas, saving energy, facilitating environment friendliness and intuitively expressing energy saving amount.
