The invention discloses a method and a device for
oil production by means of mixed hydrothermal
decomposition of kitchen garbage and microalgae. The method comprises the following steps: carrying outpretreatment on raw materials, i.e., the kitchen garbage and the microalgae to obtain
slurry; (2) sealing a
hydrothermal reaction device with high temperature and
high pressure, and adjusting the initial pressure in the reaction device; (3) inputting the mixed
slurry into the
hydrothermal reaction device for carrying out a co-
liquefaction reaction; (4) carrying out
solid-liquid separation on sinking products after the reaction is finished,
drying solids obtained by means of the
solid-liquid separation, then inputting into a
combustion apparatus for burning, and inputting the liquid and the gasobtained after the
hydrothermal reaction into a
cracking device together for
cracking; (5) carrying out gas-liquid separation on the product obtained by
cracking, and then condensing the liquid obtained by means of the gas-liquid separation to obtain refined oil;
drying the separated non-condensable gas, and then directly entering the
combustion apparatus for burning; (6) using the
flue gas extracted from the
combustion apparatus to provide heat for the hydrothermal reaction device and the cracking device. The method and the device do not need
external energy supply, can continuously run, ishigh in production efficiency, and can be used for large-scale bio-
oil production.
