A nursery stock breeding method comprises the following steps of 1, branch and leaf collection, wherein high-quality nursery stock is selected preferably, new spring tips or semi-lignified branches growing well in the last year are selected, and pruning is performed or bud reservation and short shearing are performed for collecting branches; 2, branch and leaf processing, wherein high-quality semi-lignified branches with leaves are selected, the first and second leaves of the base are removed, the branches are cut off in a downward inclined mode, 2-3 leaves are reserved on the branches, and plain transection is performed on the branches to be adopted as breeding materials; 3, cuttage processing, wherein the lower ends of the breeding materials are inserted into a breathable and hydrophilicmatrix, and slight pressing and fixing are performed; 4, intelligent computer control, wherein a computer intelligent control system is started, leaf surface and matrix environment parameters are monitored, and parameters are adjusted automatically according to the environment parameters. By adopting and selecting branches for breeding, the computer system controls the growth environment parameters in an auxiliary mode, the abundant breeding materials are adopted, the breeding period is greatly shortened to 1-3 months, and the method is the effective way for modern agricultural intelligentized and industrialized seedling production.
