The preparation method includes the steps that a layer of Ga2O3 thin film is deposited on a Si substrate according to the radio-frequency magnetron sputtering technology; then, a layer of gold thin film is deposited on the surface of the Ga2O3 thin film, the obtained gold thin film is subjected to spheroidizing annealing, and thus gold particles are obtained; finally, a layer of gold thin film interdigital electrodes are deposited on the Au-Ga2O3 thin film with a mask. A photoelectric property testing result of the ultraviolet detection device shows that the device has good photoelectric responses. The ultraviolet detection device based on the gold nanoparticle enhanced gallium oxide thin film and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the prepared ultraviolet detection device based on the gold nanoparticle enhanced gallium oxide thin film is stable in property, capable of making sensitive responses and small in dark current and has good potential application; besides, the preparation method is strong in process controllability, easy to implement and good in universality, has restorability in repeated testing and has broad application prospects.

The monolithically-integrated multi-functional two-color ultraviolet detector fabricated according to the method has the advantages of reaction sensitivity, performance stability and low dark current, the functions of ultraviolet flame detection and ultraviolet intensity detection of a solar blind region can be separately achieved in different voltage modes, and the monolithically-integrated multi-functional two-color ultraviolet detector can be used for detecting fire alarm, high-voltage line corona and solar ultraviolet intensity; and moreover, the fabrication method has the characteristics of high process controllability, high universality, restorability of repeated tests and great application prospect, and is simple to operate.

On and off of the controllable contactor is controlled by the different buttons to achieve connection and disconnection of different leads, so that controllable simulation of various short circuit faults of a generator is achieved. The invention further provides a leading method of the device and the method for simulating the short circuit faults of the doubly-fed generator rotor. The device and the method have the advantages that the short circuit faults of the generator rotor can be simulated truly, actual short circuit fault signals of the generator rotor can be acquired, and support is provided for researches and verifications of relative fault diagnosis algorithms.
