The invention designs a forward osmosis water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system for a fertilizer draw solution based on RO concentrated water treatment. The forward osmosis water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system comprises an RO concentrated water circulation system, a fertilizer draw solution dilution system, a forward osmosis membrane assembly and an irrigation system, upper and lower threshold values of fertilizer and moisture required by crops in soil are set on the electric cabinet, when the fertilizer and moisture required by the crops are lower than the lower threshold value, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are opened at the same time, and the fertilizer and the moisture are automatically mixed in proportion according to the requirements of the crops and then irrigated to the roots of the crops; in the process, the RO concentrated water passes through a forward osmosis membrane assembly, pure water permeates into the fertilizer absorbing solution, and along with continuous circulation of the RO concentrated water and the fertilizer absorbing solution, the RO concentrated water is gradually concentrated, and the fertilizer absorbing solution is gradually diluted. The manufacturing process is simple, manpower and material resources are saved, RO concentrated water is recycled through a permeation method, on one hand, water pressure is relieved, and on the other hand, water and fertilizer are irrigated integrally to achieve the effect of saving water and fertilizer.
