An EEMD neural network based real-time data abnormal value detection method is provided, and the problem that the existing real-time data abnormal value detection method does not consider the historical data abnormal value is taken into account. The method comprises: obtaining historical time series data, and sorting the historical data according to a chronological order; using a median method to carry out preliminary detection on the historical data; finely detecting the historical data by using an EEMD method, and replacing the detected abnormal value with a zero value; then using the curve fitting method to fill the zero value, that is, correcting the abnormal value, and obtaining historical data closer to the objective reality after carrying out abnormal value detection and correction; and finally, by learning the historical data, using the neural network method so that the to-be-reported real-time data can be more accurately predicted, comparing the predicted value with the real-time reported monitored value so that whether there is abnormality can be determined, and correcting the abnormality. The method can be used to detect the real-time data abnormal value in one-dimensional time series, and is applicable to a wide range of fields such as water resources, traffic, weather, thermal power generation and other real-time monitoring data abnormal value detection.

The invention provides an optimal multiuser detection method based on an evolutionary chaotic quantum neural network. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an optimal multiuser detection model; initializing an initial parameter of the chaotic quantum neural network, and activating the chaotic quantum neural network to acquire an approximate optimal solution; initializing the individual quantum, assigning the binary measurement state of the first individual quantum as the output value of the chaotic quantum neural network; constructing a fitness function and computing the fitness; evolving the quantum state of the individual quantum and acquiring a new measurement state by using a simulated quantum revolving door; activating the quantum neural network evolution mechanism in evolutionary chaotic scrambling to produce a sub-optimal solution for the binary state of each individual quantum; computing the fitness function value of each individual quantum to find out the global optimal solution; and outputting the global optimal solution as an optimal result for the multiuser detection. The detection method provided by the invention has excellent multi-access interference resistance and far-near effect resistance, wide application range, and can acquire the optimal detection result within the short time.

Due to control of the aeration time and sludge age, long-term maintenance of the AOB dominant bacteria place is further realized. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity in operation, low economic investment, rapid realization of partial nitrification and stable short-term effect.

A preparation method comprises the steps of placing raw metal material of the base brazing filler metal into a smelting furnace and prefabricating the raw metal material to form the base brazing filler metal through casting, annealing, extruding and rolling or drawing formation; electroforming the metal layer on the surface of the base brazing filler metal through the electroforming process, placing the base brazing filler metal into a vacuum drying oven of 25-250 DEG C for permeation for 0.5-10 minutes after the electroforming process is completed, placing the permeated base brazing filler metal into a thermal treatment furnace of 20-230 DEG C for diffusion for 2-30 hours and finally cooling the base brazing filler metal naturally in the furnace so as to obtain the supersaturated brazing filler metal. The supersaturated brazing filler metal is low in melting temperature and good in wettability and can be applied to the medium-temperature brazing field after being machined into strip shapes or thread shapes or rod shapes. The preparation method provides a new technological approach for manufacturing and producing of the brazing filler metal.

The preparation method is realized according to a technical thought of inhibiting a 'wet electronic state' effect of an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum electrode foil to improve the hydration resistance of the aluminum electrode foil. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: soaking anodized aluminum electrode foil in organic phosphoric acid or an organic phosphonate solution containing a plurality of phospho structures, and then heating by temperature control to obtain the aluminum electrode foil with the high hydration resistance.
