The invention provides a root of tooth

sodium micro-arc oxidation
coating and a preparation method thereof, relating to the field of
implant material of a dental department. The invention aims at solving the problems that the existing root of tooth implants and
metal ions of accessories thereof are easy to dissolve out to cause
muscle tissue necrosis and the
coating prepared on the surface of the
implant through micro-arc oxidation is incomplete. The preparation method comprises the steps of selecting pure
titanium or
titanium alloy to be processed into the implant matrix and an oxidation fixture,
polishing, washing and
drying; and preparing the micro-arc oxidation bio-
coating with micro-
nano porous appearance on the external surface of the implant matrix by utilizing a micro-arc oxidation technology, taking out, washing and
drying so as to obtain the root of tooth implant containing
silicon,
calcium,
phosphorus and
sodium micro-arc oxidation coating. According to the tooth implant matrix, biological active elements such as
silicon,
calcium,
phosphorus and
sodium are introduced into the coating, so that the root of tooth implant has
apatite inducibility, the time for combining the implant and the bone is shortened, the part of the surface of the implant, contacted with the
muscle tissue, can be completely oxidized due to the design of the fixture, the efficiency is high, no
pollution is generated, and the tooth implant matrix is convenient to produce in large scale.
