The invention relates to an in-vitro culturing method for chlamys farrei hear cells. The method is characterized by cleaning a chlamys farrei hear tissue, soaking the chlamys farrei hear tissue in a disinfectant for 20 minutes, cleaning the chlamys farrei hear tissue with boiled filtered seawater, removing the chlamys farrei hear tissue into a shear liquid, shearing the chlamys farrei hear tissue into pieces with a volume of 1 cubic millimeter, uniformly distributing the pieces in a culture flask which contains 1.5ml of culture medium, culturing the chlamys farrei hear tissue in a biochemical incubator of which the temperature is 20 to 23 DEG C for 16 to 24 hours, replacing 2ml of culture medium each day until the chlamys farrei hear cells are emigrated, namely in-vitro cultured chlamys farrei hear cells are obtained, and replacing the culture medium every 3 to 7 days so as to keep the in-vitro cultured chlamys farrei hear cells normally grow. In the method, the cost is low and the efficiency is high; because a proper antibiotic is adopted in a primary cell culture process of the chlamys farrei hear cells, contamination of microorganisms, such as bacteria and the like, can be effectively overcome; and because multiple trophic factors maintaining cellular metabolism needs are added in the culture medium of the chlamys farrei hear cells, relatively long in-vitro cultivation of the chlamys farrei hear cells is realized.

Method for using filament tube evaporator to remove residues

InactiveCN106482574AEnsure pipeline cleanlinessGuaranteed blowing effectNon-rotary device cleaningCubic MillimeterNitrogen gas
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigeration, and particularly relates to a method for using a filament tube evaporator to remove residues. According to the processing method, under the pressure of nitrogen, sponge blocks are made to pass through the inner wall of a filament tube evaporator pipeline to be subjected to rust and residue removal, and the method specifically comprises the first step of taking a sponge bar and clipping the sponge bar into the sponge blocks, wherein the volume of each sponge block is 20*15*15 cubic millimeters; the second step of conducting soaking on the sponge blocks obtained in the first step in an oil-removal and dust-removal solvent for 2-5 seconds; the third step of using a tweezer to clamp the soaked sponge blocks obtained in the second step and cramming 2-4 sponge blocks from a pipe orifice of the filament tube evaporator pipeline; the fourth step of making a gun head of a nitrogen gun aim at the pipe orifice of the filament tube evaporator pipeline with nitrogen pressure being larger than 1.5 mpa so as to blow out the sponge blocks obtained in the third step from the other end of the filament tube evaporator pipeline, wherein nitrogen pressure in the fourth step is 1.6 mpa; and the sponge blocks obtained in the second step are soaked in the oil-removal and dust-removal solvent for 4 seconds. According to the method for using the filament tube evaporator to remove the residues, pipeline cleanliness of the filament tube evaporator can be effectively guaranteed.

Application of indomethacin in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating cancers

The invention relates to application of indomethacin in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating cancers. Molecular formula of the indomethacin is C19H16ClNO4 and molecular weight of the indomethacin is 357.79. Significant effects of indomethacin on prevention of an esophagus cancer in a humanized transplantation tumor model (PDX) and a breast cancer in a mouse 4T1 breast cancer cell line transplanted model are verified. According to the application of the indomethacin in the preparation of the drugs for preventing and treating the cancers, the indomethacin is used for treating a humanized esophagus cancer tumor and a breast cancer cell transplantation mouse correspondingly, and when gross tumor volume of a control group is up to 1500 cubic millimeters or above, a test is finished. Test discoveries are that: compared with the control group, the gross tumor volume of the indomethacin-treated mice is significantly smaller, and a significant statistical difference is existent, indicating that the indomethacin has significant effects on preventing the esophagus cancer and the breast cancer. The esophagus cancer and the breast cancer can be prevented and treated clinically by taking the indomethacin by patients.
