radiation integrated low RCS antenna with

artificial surface plasmon polariton metasurface achieves RCS reduction through
wave absorption, a metasurface array achieves RCS reduction through
phase cancellation, and a
feed network feeds through
slot coupling; the design method comprises the steps of RCS reduction
frequency band determination, metasurface unit design,
