coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3 to 5 parts of ultra-high molecular weight
polyethylene, 7 to 9 parts of
silicon micro-
powder, 6 to 10 parts of rubber
powder, 2 to 5 parts of
graphite powder, 24 to 32 parts of
epoxy resin, 11 to 22 parts of
chlorinated polyethylene, 11 to 17 parts of carborundum, 1 to 3 parts of anti-
settling agent, 3 to 7 parts of
magnesium hexasilicate, 14 to 20 parts of fiberglass particles, 2 to 10 parts of
potassium octatitanate, 1 to 4parts of white
mica powder, 1 to 3 parts of leveling agent, 2 to 7 parts of poly-benzenedimethanol, 3 to 10 parts of
polyurethane powder, 9 to 12 parts of
benzenesulfonic acid, 2 to 5 parts of
defoamer, 11 to 22 parts of abrasion-resistant
ceramic particles, 4 to 9 parts of
photoinitiator, 11 to 22 parts of
melamine resin, 1 to 5 parts of
plasticizer, 2 to 4 parts of dispersant, and 3 to 5 partsof cosolvent. The abrasion-resistant
coating has the advantages that the abrasion-resistant property of the
casting surface is obviously improved; by adopting the scientific and reasonable design of
surface coating, the service life of the
casting is greatly prolonged, and the use property of the casting is guaranteed; the preparation of the whole coating is simple, the materials are convenient toobtain, and the good application and popularization value is realized.
