83 results about "RLC circuit" patented technology

An RLC circuit is an electrical circuit consisting of a resistor (R), an inductor (L), and a capacitor (C), connected in series or in parallel. The name of the circuit is derived from the letters that are used to denote the constituent components of this circuit, where the sequence of the components may vary from RLC.

Conductivity Counter

A conductivity counter and method of determining conductivity of a fluid sample are disclosed. The counter is suitable for high-speed, accurate counting of discrete events or items, such as cancer cells, passing through a fluid sample cell. A variable frequency current source is used to supply an excitation current to a sample cell connected in parallel with an inductance or the electrical equivalence of an inductance. This configuration can be accurately modeled as a parallel RLC circuit when the system is operated at a stable frequency. The current source frequency is tuned to the resonance frequency of the equivalent RLC circuit, which effectively eliminates the capacitive and inductive components of the impedance, leaving only purely resistive components. The output of the equivalent RLC circuit is connected to a high input impedance buffer amplifier and then to a phase sensitive detector, which detects the phase shift resulting from the equivalent RLC circuit. The output is filtered and a differencing amplifier is used to zero out the output signal due to the system components and the sample cell buffer solution prior to taking active readings. The remaining output signal is due to perturbations in the fluid sample, such as passing cancer cells. This output is sent to a high-gain output amplifier and then supplied to a suitable signal processing device or system, such as a computer.

Quantitative analysis method for subsynchronous oscillation stability of wind turbine generator grid-connected system

The invention provides a quantitative analysis method for the subsynchronous oscillation stability of a wind turbine generator grid-connected system. The quantitative analysis method comprises the following steps: adding positive and negative sequence voltage disturbance signals to a wind turbine generator grid-connected point; establishing transfer functions of a wind turbine generator phase-locked loop, a current adjusting link and a PWM modulation link; obtaining positive and negative sequence impedance models Zp (s) and Zn (s) of a wind turbine generator, an equivalent impedance model Zg (s) of a power grid and a total impedance model Z (s) of a grid-connected system; determining proper fitting fractal polynomial orders m and n, and fitting the total impedance model Z (s) of the grid-connected system by using the fitting fractal polynomial orders m and n; solving a zero point of the fitting fractal polynomial in a fitting interval according to a fitting result, and determining theoscillation frequency and the damping level of the system according to the solved zero point. According to the invention, the method provided by the invention is provided based on the sequential impedance model in a static coordinate system. The method solves the problem that the traditional Nyquist stability criterion based on a sequential impedance model cannot quantitatively obtain the oscillation frequency and the damping level of the system in the prior art. The problem that the quantitative analysis method based on an aggregation RLC circuit model is narrow in application range is also solved.

Method for judging harmonic stability of high-voltage direct-current power transmission system

The invention relates to a method for judging harmonic stability of a high-voltage direct-current power transmission system. The method for judging the harmonic stability of the high-voltage direct-current power transmission system comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining an H matrix of a converter equivalent two-port network; (2) using a switch function to deduce an H matrix parameter expression; (3) using the H matrix to enable the high-voltage direct-current power transmission system connected with a converter to be equivalent to a simple RLC circuit, and obtaining a harmonic attenuation factor Re(Zcondc+Zdch), wherein, if the Re(Zcondc+Zdch) is smaller than or equal to zero, it is determined that harmonic waves are unstable, if the Re(Zcondc+Zdch) is equal to zero, it is determined that the high-voltage direct-current power transmission system is in a critical unstable state, and if the Re(Zcondc+Zdch) is larger than zero, it is determined that the high-voltage direct-current power transmission system is stable. According to the method for judging the harmonic stability of the high-voltage direct-current power transmission system, the conception is clear and the judgment method is easy and effective in the judgment process, the phenomenon that the high-voltage direct-current power transmission system is unstable can be effectively prevented from occurring by modifying related device parameters in the design stage of HVDC.

Battery capacity on-line measuring system and measuring method based on damped oscillation

The invention discloses a battery capacity on-line measuring system and measuring method based on damped oscillation. An inductor, a capacitor and an equivalent internal resistor of a battery to be measured are utilized to form an RLC oscillating circuit; a control processor controls the connection and disconnection of a switch tube to enable the inductor to be charged and discharged, and a damped oscillation waveform is generated in the RLC circuit; the waveform is collected by a differential amplification circuit, and after the signal is processed through an AD conversion module, attenuation coefficient thereof is calculated by the control processor; and since the attenuation coefficient is associated with the inductor and the equivalent internal resistor, and precise value of the inductor can be measured online, and the internal resistance can be calculated. Through the system, a comparison table between the battery internal resistance and residual capacity can be obtained in advance; and by comparing the measured battery internal resistance with the known table, the battery capacity can be obtained, and the final result is output through a display module. The detection circuit adopted in the invention is simple in structure; the battery is lossless in the measuring process; and the system and method are convenient and safe to use.

Method for detecting Anti-island protection performance of inverter

The present invention provides a method for detecting the anti-island protection performance of an inverter. An RLC circuit is serially connected between the inverter and a grid connection switch, the resonant frequency of the RLC load is set as three different numerical values for enabling the same to present resistance, capacitance and inductance, and a time value from the disconnection of the grid connection switch to the operation stop of the inverter under detection is recorded after a fundamental current value of the grid connection switch is set to a different value each time; and weighted calculation is performed on the time value to obtain a test result and grade evaluation of the anti-island protection ability of the inverter. By adoption of the detection method provided by the present invention, the problem that the anti-island protection ability of the photovoltaic inverter is difficult to precisely evaluate is solved; the anti-island protection performance of the inverter is comprehensively and objectively reflected; and meanwhile the phenomenon that a part of inverters cannot correctly reflect the anti-island ability of the inverters with respect to characteristic load design is effectively avoided, a technical support is provided for the existing method for detecting the anti-island protection performance, and related standard systems in the field of detection of the anti-island protection performance are further enriched and perfected.

PDCdrill bit for rock breaking by thermal spalling

The invention provides a PDCdrill bit for rock breaking by thermal spalling. The PDC bit comprises a drill bit body and fixed blades, and PDC teeth, water holes or nozzles are formed in the fixed blades; the PDC drill bit is characterized in that one or more electromagnetic wave generators are arranged on the blades of the drill bit, each electromagnetic wave generator comprises a direct current power supply, an RLC circuit, a high-frequency amplifier and a transmitting antenna, a central water hole is formed in the center of the drill bit, and the drill bit is a steel body bit. In this way, arock is irradiated and heated by electromagnetic waves, and broken by thermal spalling, under the high temperature state, the rock is suddenly cooled when being exposed to water through the central water hole, since the temperature inside the rock changes rapidly, a temperature gradient is formed inside the rock, and the thermal fracture or thermal impact phenomenon occurs in the rock and causesdeterioration of various mechanical properties of the rock; and the drill bit uses two modes of thermal spalling and scraping and cutting of the PDC teeth to break the rock in a coupled mode, thus therock breaking efficiency of the drill bit is improved, the difficulty of the PDC teeth entering the formation can be lowered, the service life of the PDC teeth is prolonged, and comprehensive performance of the drill bit is improved.
