The invention relates to a deep sea pipeline S-shaped laying dynamic simulation method which comprises the following steps: S1, establishing an S-shaped laying pipeline mass point motion control equation based on a vector finite element; S2, according to the obtained S-shaped laid pipeline mass point motion control equation, adopting a display center difference method for solving to obtain pipeline mass point displacement and a rotation angle; S3, according to the deflection theory of material mechanics, the internal force of the laid pipeline is calculated; s4, calculating the external forceof the laid pipeline; and S5, updating the particle position and the rotation angle, circulating the step S2 and the step S4 until the total calculation duration is reached, and outputting a dynamic simulation calculation result. The dynamic contact effect of the pipeline, the stinger and seabed soil is considered at the same time, the load and boundary conditions can be changed at any time in theanalysis process, the stress characteristics of the pipeline under the action of the dynamic marine environment are better simulated, and analysis is more accurate and reliable.
