The invention relates to an ammonia water method compound fertilizer preparation process, which comprises: (1) respectively crushing sweet potato residue, vinasse, edible fungus residue, monosodium glutamate residue and cake meal to obtain a material 1; 2) adding monoammonium phosphate, urea, ammonium chloride, attapulgite, EDTA chelated zinc, amino acid chelated iron, a biological agent, a mineral fertilizer, potassium chloride and the material 1 into a mixer, uniformly stirring, conveying into a grinding machine through a metering belt, and grinding to obtain a material 2; (3) adding a acidinto the material 2 fed into a granulator, and introducing ammonia gas for ammonia acid granulation to obtain a material 3 with proper particle specification; and (4) putting the material 3 into a drying machine, introducing hot air for heating, evaporating moisture to meet the moisture requirement of the product, cooling, screening, coating and packaging to obtain the finished product. The prepared compound fertilizer has the beneficial effects of being good in fertilizer compatibility, balanced in fertility, stable in property, not prone to deliquescence, capable of improving the physical and chemical properties of soil, not prone to causing soil hardening, free of pollution to the environment, lasting in fertilizer efficiency, high in fertilizer utilization rate and the like.
