According to the invention, multi-layer laminated structures such as a three-layer P-i-N laminated structure are manufactured or some transition layers are inserted in order to improve the efficiency and the stability, wherein the intrinsic amorphous silicon layer is the i layer which is used for improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability of the solar cell with an amorphous silicon structure. In addition, the thickness of the amorphous silicon solar cell is only 1% of that of monocrystalline silicon or polycrystalline silicon, which can well absorb the sunlight. A lot of materials are saved so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the solar cell, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved at the same time.
