According to the invention, hop essential oil is slowly released into the red date fruit beer by using the microcapsule technology, and aroma losing and decomposing are prevented. On one hand, the microcapsules wrap the mixture of essential oil and ethanol so that the two directly contact with each other in a certain space, which facilitates the mutual fusion of the two and the storage, component loss is prevented; on the other hand, the essential oil and the ethanol are fused, theethanol is volatile, the aroma of the red date essence is driven to volatilize, and the drinking person can smell strong fragrance after the beer bottle is opened.
