The invention relates to a safety protection circuit of a blade
electric vehicle motor. The safety protection circuit is characterized in that a pulse
signal rectification filter circuit is used to receive pulse signals output by a
microcontroller MCU of a
motor controller, and the output end of the pulse
signal rectification filter circuit is connected with an input end of a
voltage comparison circuit; the output end of the
voltage comparison circuit is connected with an input end of a multi-
signal logical operation circuit, and the output end of the multi-signal logical operation circuit is connected with an input end of a fault latch and reset circuit; the output end of the fault latch and reset circuit is connected with an input end of a
high voltage isolation circuit, and the output end of the
high voltage isolation circuit is connected with a control end of a
relay of a
relay control circuit; three-phase driving signals U,V,W of the
motor controller are connected with a three-
phase line of a motor M by a
relay normally-closed end, and a relay normally-opened end is connected with
high voltage ground by a power
resistor. The safety protection circuit of the blade
electric vehicle motor is advantageous in that the fault monitoring function and the safety protection function are integrated into one body, and therefore the safety protection of the motor and the vehicle can be realized quickly, safely, and reliably.
