The titanium sponge is crushed by means of shearing, so the blocks are free from extrusion force, are not compacted, and increase slightly in density. Due to the blocks free from repeated extrusion, the blocks temperature rise is slow, the temperature is low, and the blocks are oxidization resistant. The titanium sponge is sheared with fixed length, the geometric dimension of the blocks are uniform, so the service performance of product is good and the yield is high but no waste product. Only using the shearing machine, the crushing method has the advantages of short technological process, high work efficiency and low cost.

According to the method, in the mixing, transportation and paving procedures of the high modulus asphalt composite, the composite is controlled at a preference temperature, wherein the temperature during stirring is 160-180 DEG C; each disc of the composite is mixed for 54-60 s; a provided asphalt transferring trolley of a continuous feeding device moves before a paver to be tightly connected with the paver, and the temperature of the asphalt composite is not smaller than 140 DEG C; in the paving procedure, semi-range, overall-width and one-time paving is realized by the paver, and the paver is guided by stranded wires or controlled by a double-levelling beam with the length of 14 m; the one-time paved asphalt composite is 14-15 cm in thickness, the vibration frequency of a rammer of the paver is about 1400-1600 rev/min, the vibration frequency of a tamping plate of the paver is about 1900-2200 rev/min, and the walking speed of the paver during construction is not greater than 1.5 m/min. The method overcomes defects that in the traditional EME construction, roller compaction is difficult due to the loss of the temperature of a base layer, the asphalt composite is difficult to compact, and regulatory requirements cannot be met due to poor adhesion between the layers of the asphaltic composite.

The method has the beneficial effects that a peat surface layer is not disturbed according to the characteristics of seasons; the moisture content in the peat land in winter is relatively low, so that the peat is unlikely to be compacted when people carries out sampling on the peat land, and the completeness of the sampled column core is relatively good; the sample column core is in a slightly frozen state, thereby being beneficial to fine layering; and the whole sampling method is simple and rapid, sampling tools are relatively light and convenient, the cost can be greatly saved, and the sampling efficiency is improved.
