The method comprises the following steps: constructing a large drilled hole in a coal body upwards; inserting a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) drivepipe with the total length of 14m and the diameter of phi 90mm into the large drilled hole after drill removing, wherein the distance between the inner end of the PVC drivepipe and the bottom of the hole is 1.5m; fixing two ends of the PVC drivepipe by use of fixing racks; sealing the PVC drivepipe in the port end of the large drilled hole and the large drilled hole by use of polyurethane; then continuously drilling inward along the interior of the large drilled hole so as to construct a small drilled hole, wherein the drill cuttings discharged during the drilling process fall into gaps between the PVC drivepipe and the wall surface of the large drilled hole due to the action of gravity so as to automatically fill and compact the gaps between the PVC drivepipe ad the wall surface of the large drilled hole, so that integration of drilling and hole sealing is realized; after drilling the small drilled hole at a preset position, completely removing a drill stem; connecting the outer end of the PVC drivepipe with a gas extraction pipe by virtue of a reducing joint so as to finish the whole hole sealing process. The method provided by the invention is reasonable in design, convenient in operation and simple in process; the hole sealing process can be finished by use of the drill cuttings discharged in the drilling progress, so that the hole sealing cost is lowered, and the hole sealing efficiency is improved.

Production proves that the method can reduce the acid seepage (excluding acid seepage occurring after a period of use by users) rate to zero from the 1.18 percent of the prior wiring terminal not treated by the process.
