Meanwhile, the film loading plate made of the same material as the to-be-detected packaging object can simulate the actual heat sealing working conditions of containers made of different materials, and realize differentiated scene detection. During detection, all items can be detected through single clamping, and multi-dimensional qualitative detection can be completed through air
pressure monitoring, friction peeling and
free fall impact, so that the process is simple and efficient. The present application fills the technical gap of single detection dimension and poor material adaptability, and the detection result is consistent with the actual application scene, which can effectively optimize the heat sealing process of
composite film, reduce production loss, and meet the batch quality inspection demand of
