pipe, the inner side surface of the outer
pipe is provided with a flow guide groove, the inner bottom wall of the flow guide groove is provided with a plurality of flow guide holes, the outer
pipe end part located on the outer side of a
human body is fixedly connected with a flow guide ring which is internally hollow, each flow guide groove is communicated with the inner part of the flow guide ring, the sealed box is placed with a bag body which internally contains an
anticoagulant liquid, the sealed box is communicated with the inner part of the flow guide ring through a
branch pipe, and the propelling
assembly is communicated with the inner part of the sealed box through a connecting pipe. The sealed box is inflated through the propelling
assembly, the air pressure is enhanced to extrude the bag body when the gas enters the sealed box, the
anticoagulant liquid in the bag body is slowly and continuously flowed into a plurality of flow guide grooves through the
branch pipe, and then is flowed out of a
blood vessel cavity, so that the formation of a cavity intramural
thrombus is reduced, and then the
whole blood vessel cavity continuously has a trace amount of
anticoagulant drug, which can effectively dissolve the
thrombus in the
blood vessel cavity and on the outer wall of the thrombolytic catheter.
