mass: 0.04-0.06% of C, less than 0.1% of Si, 1.6-1.85% of Mn, less than 0.012% of P, less than 0.005% of S, 0.020-0.070% of Al, 0.04-0.06% of Nb, 0.08-0.1% of Ti, 0.08-0.14% of Mo, less than 0.005% of N and the balance of iron and unavoidable impurities. A hot
continuous rolling process comprises the steps of heating a continuous cast slab to 1,250-1,300 DEG C within 200-300 minutes, and performing rough rolling; after the rough rolling, controlling the temperature at 1,040-1,140 DEG C, and performing finish rolling, wherein the finish rolling temperature is 780-880 DEG C. The low-

formability, the low-brittleness 750MPa-level automobile beam steel is suitable for the processes of
stamping, rolling, bending and the like; with low-temperature
toughness, the low-brittleness 750MPa-level automobile beam steel is suitable for the transportation in cold regions.
