The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, conducting heat preservation on the aggregate, heating a mixer, and then simultaneously adding the aggregate subjected to heat preservation, the asphalt mixture anti-rut agent and the rubber powder into the heated mixer for mixing; secondly, adding the cementing material for mixing; finally, adding the filler for mixing. The asphalt mixture provided by the invention is a novel asphalt mixture being low in price and simple for construction, and integrating the three properties of high compactness (waterproof capability), excellent high temperature anti-rut capability and excellent low temperature deforming capability, and particularly suitable for steel bridge floor pavement in a seasonal frost region under the high temperature and heavy-loaded traffic conditions.
