alloy hub. The manufacturing method of the high-strength
alloy hub comprises the following steps that A,
carbon fibers are made into a strip shape with the
diameter not larger than 1 cm; B, carbon
fiber strips are inserted in a penetrating manner from fine holes in the periphery of a hub die, and then are downwards inserted from the fine holes in the top surface of the hub die until abutting against the bottom surface inside the hub die; C, an aluminum
alloy solution is injected into the hub die with the carbon
fiber strips penetrating thereinto, and cooling and molding is performed; D, the portions, exposed out of the hub die, of the carbon
fiber strips are
cut by using an ultrasonic
cutting device; E, a formed aluminum alloy hub is taken out from the hub die, and secondary
cutting is performed on the hub by using a water
cutting device; and F,the aluminum alloy hub obtained in the step E is polished, and
film coating is performed on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy hub with
activated carbon. According to the manufacturing method, the appearance of the manufactured hub is the same as that of a traditional hub, however, the strength of the hub is very high, and the phenomenon that the hub is broken is avoided.
