phase adjustment unit configured to perform first
phase adjustment on the second transverse electric mode optical component to obtain a third transverse electric mode optical component; a second
phase adjustment unit configured to receive the first transverse electric mode optical component and the third transverse electric mode optical component, perform second phase adjustment, and combine the first transverse electric mode optical component and the third transverse electric mode optical component to obtain a coupled optical
