The present invention provides a lightweight lifting trolley capable of omnidirectionally moving. Two driving wheels are located at the diagonal of a base, a motor output shaft is connected with the driving wheels, driven wheels are located at the other diagonal, a steering motor is fixed to the base and connected with a pair of the driving wheel and the driven wheel through a synchronous belt, a primary driving wheel and a primary driven wheel are connected with a secondary driving wheel and a secondary driven wheel through two synchronous belts in a cross manner, the secondary wheels steer under the force of the synchronous belts, in situ rotation can be realized by means of differential output of the two driving wheels, and thus the trolley can omnidirectionally move. A lifting platform comprises motors, the synchronous belts, screws and nuts. Guide rails which have the function of guiding are fixed to the base, the motor output shaft is connected with synchronous pulleys, the synchronous belts drive the three screws to rotate synchronously, the screws are supported by bearings, the nuts screwed on the screws slide on guide rods, and thus the lifting platform is fixed on the nuts to be lifted. According to the invention, the mechanisms of the whole body are connected mainly through the synchronous belts, and the lifting trolley is driven by the four motors, thereby being capable of omnidirectionally moving. The lifting trolley has the characteristics of being flexible and lightweight.
