The invention provides a SPC (statistical process control)-based linkage control method and system. The method includes the following steps that: in an SPC system, abnormality judgment data, data algorithm graphs, and abnormality judgment rules are configured through a configuration module, and control graphs on actual business which require control are configured based on the configured abnormality judgment data, data algorithm graphs, and abnormality judgment rules; in the SPC system, early warning notification objects and early warning modes are configured through an early warning module; and in a production process, a data acquisition device transmits data in real time to the SPC system one by one, wherein the data are collected when a product is subject to processing procedures, and the SPC system immediately performs statistical judgment according to the configuration result of the configuration module, if the SPC system judges that the product is an unqualified product, the SPCsystem triggers early warning, the early warning module issues early warnings according to the configured early warning notification objects and the early warning modes. According to the SPC (statistical process control)-based linkage control method and system of the present invention adopted, the collected data are combined with the SPC system, each collected datum is judged in real time; if a judgment result indicates that a product is unqualified, an early warning is triggered, feedback can be immediately sent to a current production line, and therefore, production costs can be reduced.
