A dosage-dispensing device for substances in powder- or paste form includes a drive device and a source container that can be set into the drive device, wherein a dosage-dispensing head with a closure body that can be set into rotation by a drive mechanism and is connected to a closure shaft which is movably constrained in the source container is arranged at the underside of the source container when the latter is in its operating position. The closure shaft has a coupler part in a passage area where it passes through the topside of the source container. The coupler part is configured to be coupled to and uncoupled from a drive shaft of the drive device. The source container has a first form element which is designed for form-fitting engagement with a first counterpart element formed on the drive device and serves to precisely position the coupler part in relation to the drive shaft in a plane that is orthogonal to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft. The invention relates to an infrared thermal map imaging method for a target surface and a system thereof; the infrared thermal map imaging method comprises that the testing environment of the infrared imaging is regulated so as to cause the temperature, moisture and wind speed of the environment of the target to be tested to be a preset standard state; the surface of the target to be tested is evenly coated with a layer of paste substance; the emissivity of the paste substance approaches to black body; an infrared imaging instrument is used for carrying out the infrared imaging of the surface of target to be tested so as to obtain a standardized infrared thermal map; the system of the invention comprises an infrared imaging instrument and a closed standard environment cavity; the standard environment cavity is provided with a temperature regulating component, a moisture regulating component, a temperature sensor and a moisture sensor. The method and the system of the invention control the external environment of the target to be tested in an all-around way and the infrared image obtained by the infrared imaging instrument is based on a uniform benchmark, thereby obtaining a body surface thermal map which has a uniform comparison basis and avoiding misdiagnosis and error diagnosis. The method and the system of the invention have significant value in improving the accuracy of the early diagnosis of tumor.

Method of preparing dioctyl adipate from waste liquid through extraction of alkaloid from euphausia superba

The invention discloses a method of preparing dioctyl adipate from a waste liquid through extraction of alkaloid from euphausia superb, wherein the method comprises following steps: (1) adding ethyl acetate to the waste liquid from extraction of alkaloid by euphausia superb for performing extraction, wherein the volume ratio of each addition amount of the ethyl acetate to the waste liquid is (1-2):4; (2) adding n-butyl alcohol to lower water solution for carrying extraction, separating an n-butyl alcohol layer, evaporate-drying the n-butyl alcohol layer to obtain a paste substance, wherein each addition amount of the n-butyl alcohol to the lower water solution is (1-2):4; (3) adding a petroleum ether-ethyl acetate mixed solution, stirring the mixture uniformly and packing a column, loading the paste substance as a sample, and eluting the sample respectively with the petroleum ether-ethyl acetate mixed solutions being (3-1):1 in volume ratio, and collecting eluants; and (4) collecting the eluant being 1:1 in ratio, and concentrating and drying the eluant to obtain the dioctyl adipate. In the invention, the dioctyl adipate is prepared from the waste liquid through extraction of alkaloid from the euphausia superb for the first time, thereby fully utilizing the waste liquid from extraction.

Preparation method of air cathode of magnesium seawater battery

The invention discloses a preparation method of an air cathode of a magnesium seawater battery. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking the prepared catalytic layer and taking foamed nickel as a current collecting layer; preparing a paste substance for diffusion; taking carbon black, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and a pore forming agent; putting the carbon black, the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and the pore forming agent into ethanol serving as a dispersing agent, and stirring to form paste; removing the ethanol to obtain the paste substance for diffusion; injecting the paste substance for diffusion into a cavity in foamed nickel serving as the current collecting layer; superposing the current collecting layer injected with the paste substance for diffusion and the catalytic layer to form a double-layer integrated structure; and decomposing the pore forming agent in the double-layer integrated structure by a pore forming method to finish pore forming and obtain the air cathode. The preparation method of the air cathode of the magnesium seawater battery has the following advantages: the process is simple, the cost is low, and the prepared air cathode is low in failure rate under long-time seawater erosion and high in discharging current density, so that the electric property of the magnesium seawater battery can be improved.

Forming method of granules for regulating qi and reducing phlegm

The invention discloses a forming method of granules for regulating qi and reducing phlegm. The forming method comprises the following steps: drying clear paste prepared from negundo chastetree fruit, pinecone, plantain herb and liquorice to obtain a dry clear paste substance, then crushing to obtain clear paste powder; weighing aminophylline and chlorpheniramine maleate, evenly mixing with a part of dextrin by using a running-in process; mixing the weighed clear paste powder, residue dextrin and the running-in mixture with ethanol and stirring to prepare a soft material; primarily sieving, pelletizing, mixing the prepared granules with ethanol and stirring to prepare the soft material; and sieving, pelletizing, drying by microwaves, and forming granules by a screen, so as to prepare the granules. The forming method has the advantages that the clear paste is dried by the microwaves and crushed into superfine powder to prepare the clear paste powder; the blending effect of the clear paste powder and the dextrin is improved and a secondary pelletizing technology is adopted so as to prepare the soft material; the soft material is dried and prepared into granules, so that the uniformity of the product is improved; and the forming rate of the granules is also improved. Thus, the product yield is improved; consumption of the clear paste powder and the dextrin is reduced; and the yield of the granules for regulating qi and reducing phlegm is improved to about 95%.
