The present invention discloses a
system and a method for intelligent boiler
combustion stability determination suitable for a large-scale
power station. A data collection module is configured to collect
coal quality component data from an MIS (Management
Information System), collect boiler operation state data from a DCS (Distribute
Control System), and transmit the
coal quality component data and the boiler operation state data to a
data processing module; the
data processing module is configured to determine whether received parameters are in corresponding preset threshold ranges or not, reject the data exceeding the corresponding preset threshold ranges, calculate a characteristic quantity according to the data in the corresponding preset threshold ranges and transmit a determination result and the characteristic quantity to a data decision module; and the data decision module is configured to calculate a dimensionless
combustion stability analysis criterion in an actual operationstate according to the received characteristic quantity, compare the dimensionless
combustion stability analysis criterion in the actual operation state with a set dimensionless combustion stability analysis criterion critical value, and determine whether the boiler combustion is stable or not. The
system and the method for intelligent boiler combustion stability determination perform determination of the combustion stabilization condition of the boiler in real time according to the boiler operation state, and are suitable for determination of a low-load combustion stabilization condition.
