A nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive for a medicinal tape preparation for percutaneous absorption comprising (a) a support, (b) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a drug and a nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive and (c) a release film laminated in that order, and a medicinal tape preparation for percutaneous absorption comprising the adhesive. The nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive may comprise a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of a (meth)acrylic monomer having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule and one or more monomers from among other (meth)acrylic monomers without acetoacetyl groups and copolymerizable vinyl monomers, in a nonaqueous solvent. Suitable (meth)acrylic monomers having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule are acetoacetoxyalkyl methacrylates, and especially 2-acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate. The copolymer nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive of the invention, comprising a (meth)acrylic monomer having an acetoacetyl group as a constituent monomer, is capable of containing large amounts of lipophilic oily substances in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and during heat drying, the acetoacetyl groups undergo self-crosslinking to form a network structure as the solvent evaporates off, so that large amounts of oily substances such as the plasticizer can be included in the network structure. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the invention uses no polyamine derivatives, isocyanate compounds, polyvalent metal chelate compounds, etc., as crosslinking agents, and therefore toxicity is not a concern and skin is not irritated. A medicinal tape preparation for percutaneous absorption of the invention has superior adhesive strength and cohesive strength, and is highly safe with low skin irritation. It also has excellent drug release and percutaneous absorption properties.

Peelable and biodegradable polyurethane protective film, preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a peelable and biodegradable polyurethane protective film, a preparation method and application thereof. The protective film comprises the following raw materials by weight: 40-70 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane, 10-30 parts of biodegradable polyester, 0.01-0.5 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1-10 parts of filler and 5-30 parts of a plasticizer. The preparation method comprises: 1) selecting materials according to the composition and weight part of each component prescribed in the formula; 2) putting the raw materials into a banbury mixer, performing stirring at 140-180DEG C for 5-15min till uniform mixing melting; 3) carrying out extrusion granulation and cooling to obtain an anti-bump and anti-corrosion protective film particle semi-finished product, during use, heating the semi-finished product to 160DEG C to melt it into liquid, then spraying the liquid on a metal component surface, and conducting cooling so as to form a 3-5micrometer protective film. The peelable and biodegradable polyurethane protective film provided by the invention has a simple formula and no pollution, and is especially suitable for temporary protection of metal raw materials and semi-finished products. The peelable and biodegradable polyurethane protective film is convenient to make and use, has no residual protective film after peeling, and can be biodegradable after abandonment.

Butyl adhesive tape coated with hot melt adhesive film and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a butyl adhesive tape coated with a hot melt adhesive film and a preparation method of the butyl adhesive tape. The adhesive tape provided by the invention is a composite adhesive tape and comprises a butyl adhesive tape and a hot melt adhesive film attached to one surface of the butyl adhesive tape, the properties that the hot melt adhesive film is non-sticky at room temperature and is bonded at high temperature are utilized, the hot melt adhesive film can be conveniently and randomly assembled and pressed in a welding workshop when being used as a spot welding sealantand a damping adhesive, the problem that a common butyl adhesive tape needs to be assembled and pressed again after spot welding sealant and damping glue are removed and glue is applied again when thebutyl adhesive tape is installed between metal plates is poor can be solved, and the position of a sheet metal plate making contact with the hot melt adhesive film can be conveniently adjusted when parts and components are assembled and pressed.
