The invention discloses a chromatographic column decorated by lipid rafts. The chromatographic column is a silica gel chromatographic column which is decorated with the lipid rafts on the surface. A TrkA lipid raft-sillica gel stationary phase chromatographic system is built firstly. Overground parts of the barley are used as screening research objects, a hydroponic method is used for selecting the shoot dry weightof the barley in the seedling stage as a screening index, low-nitrogen-resistant barley varieties are screened out, the appropriate low nitrogen stress concentration is determined, and the product ofrelative single plant nitrogen uptake and relative nitrogen physiological utilization efficiency is used for judging the tolerance degree of the barley to the low nitrogen environment to some extent to reflect the low nitrogen tolerance of barley materials. The low nitrogen tolerance of the barley is characterized by the shoot dry weight and the product of the relative single plant nitrogen uptakeand the relative nitrogen physiological utilization efficiency, which is more accurate compared with the characterization of low nitrogen tolerance by one aspect of nitrogen uptake or nitrogen physiological utilization efficiency. According to the barley screened by the method, the application rate of nitrogen fertilizers is effectively reduced, the environmental burden is reduced, and the application rate of the nitrogen fertilizers can be reduced to at least about one third of the total nitrogen to greatly alleviate the environmental pressure.
