The invention discloses an intelligent meeting lamp control system based on an AI image recognition and navigation system. The system comprises a camera, a navigation module, a radar tachymeter, an intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal, a cloud system, a central control system, an MCU, and an ECU; the camera, the navigation module and the speed measurement module respectively collect coming vehicleimage information, vehicle front road condition information, vehicle driving speed and vehicle distance information in the vehicle driving direction, and upload the collected information to the cloudsystem through the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal. The cloud system makes a decision according to the received information, generates a control instruction and returns the control instruction to the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal; and the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal sends the control instruction to the central control system, the central control system converts the control instruction into an instruction which can be recognized by the MCU, and the MCU controls the ECU to operate vehicle lamp switching. The meeting lamp is automatically controlled by combining a voice recognition technology, a navigation technology and an image recognition technology, so that a driver can correctly use the high beam and the low beam as much as possible, and traffic accidents are reduced.
