A three-way cross manner of nopalxochia phyllanthoides*(pink and purple nopalxochia ackermannii*white flower nopalxochia ackermannii) composite-crossing is adopted to obtain a three-way cross crossed seed; in a sterile insulation chamber, a sterile plant of the three-way cross crossed seed F1 is obtained; a sterile seedling of the three-way cross crossed seed F1 is subjected to multiplication culture and rooting culture, and hardening-seedling treatment, and then is transplanted; water and fertilizer management are carried out on the transplanted cultured seedling of the three-way cross crossed seed F1, and disease control is enhanced; and later generations of the three-way cross crossed seed F1 are selected and identified. According to the seed breeding method disclosed by the invention, a good single plant of the nopalxochia ackermannii crossed seed, which integrates good properties of a plurality of parents, can be obtained through the composite-crossing three-way cross manner; the selection of a crossed seed phase and a seedling period is enhanced through crossed seed tissue culture, and the propagation coefficient of the later generations of the crossed seed is more rapidly increased; a clone of the good single plant of the crossed seed is established by combining cutting propagation; the seed breeding time of the good nopalxochia ackermannii composite-crossing crossed seed is shortened by 2-3 years; and the seed breeding method is strong in practical applicability and has strong popularization and application values.
