A connection method for materializing a high-performance semiconductor system which is small-sized and high dense, is capable to three-dimensionally connecting a plurality of different kinds of semiconductor chips through piercing electrodes with shortest wiring lengths. The connection method enables high-speed operation with low noise, so as to obtain reliable and excellent connection in a short TAT at low costs. In a three-dimensional chip lamination composed of different kinds of semiconductor chips laminated one upon another with an interpose chip being interposed therebetween for connecting the upper and lower semiconductor chips, the semiconductor chips and the interposer chips are polished by grinding or the like at their rear surfaces so as to have thin thickness, holes are formed at rear surface positions corresponding to external electrode parts on the device side (front surface side) so that the holes extend to front surface electrodes, by dry etching or the like, and metal plating films are applied to the side walls of the holes and rear surface side, metal bumps of another semiconductor chip laminated at an upper stage being press-fitted into the holes applied with the metal plating films through deformation and being geometrically calked in the through holes formed in the semiconductor chip so as to electrically connected thereto.

Capacity configuration method of hybrid energy storage system for stabilizing wind power fluctuation

The invention provides a capacity configuration method of a hybrid energy storage system for stabilizing wind power fluctuation. The hybrid energy storage system comprises a power type energy storage system and an energy type energy storage system. The method includes the steps that (1) the grid connection active power of wind power and the active power P (t) of the hybrid energy storage system are acquired, and a wavelet packet decomposition method is utilized to acquire power type energy storage power and energy type energy storage power respectively; (2) the hybrid energy storage system at different rated power P and under different capacities is configured, and the stabilizing effect of the hybrid energy storage system is analyzed; (3) according to the stabilizing effect and an improved particle swarm algorithm, the capacity of the hybrid energy storage system is configured. Compared with the prior art, according to the capacity configuration method of the hybrid energy storage system for stabilizing wind power fluctuation, a control policy is built according to the current electric quantity conditions, power magnitude required to be exerted and the rated power of the power type energy storage system and the energy type energy storage system and the improved particle swarm algorithm, and wind power fluctuation is stabilized and effectively controlled.

Positive electrode active material, method for producing the same, and electrochemical device

The invention provides a high-capacity positive electrode active material capable of sufficiently exploiting the excellent characteristics of magnesium metal or the like as a negative electrode active material, such as high energy capacity; a method for producing the same; and an electrochemical device using the positive electrode active material. A positive electrode 11 includes a positive electrode can 1, a positive pole pellet 2 having a positive electrode active material and the like, and a metal mesh support 3. A negative electrode 12 includes a negative electrode cap 4 and a negative electrode active material 5 such as magnesium metal. The positive electrode pellet 2 and the negative electrode active material 5 are disposed so as to sandwich a separator 6, and an electrolyte 7 is injected into the separator 6. The positive electrode active material, which provides the feature of the invention, is synthesized by a step of reacting a permanganate, such as potassium permanganate, with hydrochloric acid preferably having a concentration of 3 to 4 mol/l to produce a precipitate, and a step of filtering the precipitate, thoroughly washing the filtered precipitate with water, and then subjecting the washed precipitate to heat treatment preferably at a temperature of 300 to 400° C. for not less than 2 hours, thereby giving a manganese oxide.

This optical fiber thermometer includes one optical fiber for projection that relays light from the light source to a measuring unit, two optical fibers for light-reception that relay light reflected from a reflecting face of a mirror provided at the measuring unit to two light-receiving units, and an arithmetic processing circuit that calculates the pressure of the measuring unit from the ratio of electrical signals from the two light-receiving units; end surfaces of three optical fibers arranged to face the reflecting face being fixed such that an angle θ between the longitudinal direction of the optical fibers and the normal to the reflecting face is not zero, the two optical fibers for light-reception being parallel, fixing angles between each of them and the optical fiber for projection being symmetrical based on the normal to the reflecting face as a reference, and each of the optical fibers being a single-mode fiber at the wavelength being used, According to this invention, it is possible to provide an optical fiber thermometer that is inexpensive and can measure temperature with high precision, and a temperature-compensated optical fiber sensor that uses the optical fiber thermometer in compensating measurement error due to temperature-change, and can achieve highly precise measuring.
