A computer control system is integrated with a multifunctional injection system, a power supply system, a temperature measurement system and a carbon content detection system, an online measurement mode and an oxygen blowing power supply smelting mode of molten steel temperature and carbon content of electric arc furnace steelmaking are automatically controlled according to molten steel temperature and carbon content data measured on line and smelting process target requirements, the oxygen supply flow, the electrode power supply system and the smelting time in different modes are dynamically adjusted, and the molten steel temperature and the carbon content at the smelting end point are hit at the same time through automatic circulating switching of the online measurement mode and oxygen blowing power supply smelting mode of the molten steel temperature and the carbon content, so that accurate control over the end point in the electric arc furnace steelmaking process is achieved, manual temperature measurement and sampling are avoided, the smelting quality of the electric arc furnace is improved, the smelting time is shortened, the production rhythm is accelerated, the production cost is reduced, and intelligentization of electric arc furnace steelmaking is promoted.
