The invention provides a mechanical submerged arc furnace dust removal device which comprises a shell a, a cover a, a cover b, a circular truncated cone, a hole, an eccentric hole, a shaft a, a hub, asliding shaft, a spring, a sliding barrel, a sealing barrel, a packing barrel, flexible fan blades, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe. The cover a is mounted on one side of the shell a. The cover b is mounted on the other side of the shell a; the circular truncated cone is mounted on the cover b; a hole is formed in the cover b; smoke-containing furnace air is blown to the flexible fan blades through an air inlet pipe to drive the flexible fan blades to rotate. The flexible fan blades drive the packing barrel to rotate; the packing barrel drives the sealing barrel to rotate around thecircular truncated cone; clean air filtered by the filter holes of the packing barrel is discharged from the air outlet pipe through the holes; when the flexible fan blades rotate, the sliding shaft and the spring rotate around the shaft a, the spring is continuously compressed and loosened, the sealing barrel is stressed unevenly, and the sealing barrel and the packing barrel vibrate ceaselesslyduring rotation so that particles attached to filter holes of the packing barrel are shaken off easily.
