waste heat stairstep recycling
system for the electrolytic aluminum
plant comprises awater source
heat pump, a high-temperature
compressed air heat exchanger, a high-temperature oil
heat exchanger and a high-temperature
smoke heat exchanger, wherein the
water source heat pump, the high-temperature
compressed air heat exchanger, the high-temperature oil heat exchanger and the high-temperature
smoke heat exchanger are sequentially connected in series through a pipeline. The
water source heat pump inputs normal-temperature
tap water through a water pump. An outlet of the high-temperature
smoke heat exchanger is connected to a
water storage tank in an output manner. The
water source heat pump and a cooling water
system of an
air compressor of the electrolytic aluminum
plant conduct heat exchange connection. The high-temperature
compressed air heat exchanger and a high-temperature compressed air pipeline of an
air compression machine room conduct heat exchange connection. The high-temperature oil heat exchanger and a high-temperature oil pipeline of a
drying machine room conduct heat exchange connection. The high-temperature smoke heat exchanger and a high-temperature smoke pipeline of a carbon
branch heating medium furnace conduct heat exchange connection. A heat stairstep concentration and recycling method is adopted, various
waste heat resources of the electrolytic aluminum plant are concentrated and recycled to the maximum extent, the heat recycling effect is good, the electrolytic aluminum plant achieves self-sufficiency of heating and domestic hot water, the
energy consumption is lowered, and the water resource can be saved.
