According to the invention, natural rainfall of a mountain is collected and stored in the water storage material, so water can be supplied to a planting matrix; automatic moisture adjustment of the planting matrix and vegetations can be achieved; and greening effects and water storage ability of the vertical mountain can be enhanced.
