The application provides a large-span crossing
water area conductor dismantling and releasing process construction calculation method, and belongs to the technical field of
power transmission line construction
simulation. The method first acquires
tower position, materials, environment, construction control and other
engineering basic data, and establishes a three-dimensional finite
element model of the conductor composed of eight-node three-dimensional entity units; then constructs a global stiffness equation, and applies external loads such as self-weight, hydrodynamic load and constraints such as releasing end and riverbed contact in combination with construction stages and spatial positions; the
precondition conjugate gradient method is used to solve the equation to obtain node displacement, and then the mechanical parameters of the unit are calculated and the conductor
cracking and shearing states are identified; finally, the conductor geometric shape is updated, and the releasing and collecting
process simulation is iteratively completed. The application realizes
continuous simulation of the whole construction process, comprehensively considers the
coupling effect of multiple loads, improves the stress deformation analysis accuracy, can output multiple construction evaluation indexes, is suitable for construction
simulation of various types of slender flexible components, and has good
engineering popularization.
