A method of virtualizing an application to execute on a plurality of operating systems without installation. The method includes creating an input configuration file for each operating system. The templates each include a collection of configurations that were made by the application during installation on a computing device executing the operating system. The templates are combined into a single application template having a layer including the collection of configurations for each operating system. The collection of configurations includes files and registry entries. The collections also identifies and configures environmental variables, systems, and the like. Files in the collection of configurations and references to those files may be replaced with references to files stored on installation media. The application template is used to build an executable of the virtualized application. The application template may be incorporated into a manifest listing other application templates and made available to users from a website.

A method is disclosed for manufacturing a disk drive. At least one disk is installed into a base, and a media cover is coupled to the base, wherein the media cover covers at least a portion of the disk. After installing the media cover, a head coupled to an actuator arm and a voice coil motor for rotating the actuator arm about a pivot are installed into the base. The media cover is then removed and an HDA cover is coupled to the base to form a head disk assembly (HDA). In one embodiment, the base comprises an aperture, and coupling the media cover to the base comprises inserting a pin into the aperture. In one embodiment, the aperture is also for coupling a printed circuit board to the base after removing the media cover.

An array type microplasma generating device based on a conductive coating comprises the components of an insulating housing, an inlet pipe, a high-voltage power supply and a ground electrode. The invention relates to an auxiliary power device of a straddle-type monorail train. The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted media play system. The vehicle-mounted media play system comprises a media server which is used for receiving/processing a real-time video data flow of video graphics array (VGA) multimedia information, a screen splitter used for decoding and distributing video signals, and at least two liquid crystal display (LCD) display screens used for displaying videos. A VGA digital encoder is arranged in the media server; and a VGA digital decoder is arranged in the screen splitter. The video data of VGA media information are received in real time by the media server from an external control center and converted into transport (TS) flow digital signals by the VGA digital encoder; the TS flow digital signals are transmitted to the screen splitter, and decoded and restored into VGA video/audio signals by the VGA digital decoder; and the VGA video/audio signals are distributed to each LCD display screen in balance for playing. The vehicle-mounted media play system can be applied to transmission of high quality video/audio signals in a complex train environment, and is simple in wiring.

The kit uses combination of a CD45 immunofluorescent antibody and a CEP17 fluorescence in-situ hybridization probe to identify the captured circulating tumor cells, completes immunofluorescence and fluorescence in-situ hybridization detection by a one-step method, and solves the problem that the immunofluorescence detection and the fluorescence in-situ hybridization detection produce mutual interference in combined use and detection time is long. The one-step method-based hybridization incubation can be fast finished in 2h so that detection time is greatly reduced. The detection result is visual.

The present disclosure relates to an aqueous sealing fluid for sealing a stained biological specimen present on a microscope slide for microscopic analysis. The sealing fluid protects the biological specimen from drying artifacts, protects stains performed on biological specimen from fading, and protects stains performed on biological specimens from being dissolved by organic mounting media. Methods of using the aqueous sealing fluid are also disclosed.
